Please note that all of our transportation services require advance payment, and our contracts with clients are binding. Refunds may be given for services that never initiate (other than student transports), however a $50 service fee will be deducted. For student transportation services, we require a 30-day commitment with no refund option. After the initial 30-day commitment is met, student service can be cancelled with a 10-day notice.
